The project on Nowowiejska street in Jelenia Góra was a multi-stage process that required not only efficient dismantling but, above all, thorough preparation of the grounds for a completely new function. Sometimes, removing what is visible on the surface is just the beginning of the real work.

Complete Property Transformation: From Demolition to Garden Preparation

Our work began with the elimination of the old gazebo and the removal of materials accumulated over the years. The structure disappeared from the plot quickly and efficiently, but the key challenge turned out to be the next stage: the complete demolition of concrete foundations and hidden structural elements that lay deep in the ground.

Precise Demolition and Rubble Removal

After dismantling the above-ground part of the structure, we proceeded to heavy earthworks and demolition. Using professional equipment, we broke up the remains of concrete screeds and walls, which posed a barrier to future vegetation.

Every single piece of rubble, no matter how small, was carefully picked out and transported away for disposal. We ensured that no debris was left in the soil that could hinder later gardening work. Our primary goal was the complete "cleansing" of the ground, which required a lot of precision and physical strength from our team.

The final result of our work is a thoroughly tidied area, fully prepared for the creation of a dream garden. Thanks to the removal of architectural barriers and the thorough cleaning of the ground, the owners can now freely plan their plantings, lawn layout, or small garden architecture.
